Terms of Service

LaunchGenius is operated by Born2Be LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Born2Be LLC. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

LaunchGenius schedules and publishes social media content for coordinated launches. It publishes content only from accounts whose owners connected them, and only content those owners wrote, committed, and approved. Nothing is published without an explicit instruction from the account's owner.

Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for what happens under it. A workspace owner or admin who invites people into a workspace is responsible for that workspace's content and for having the authority to publish from the accounts connected to it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page. If a price changes, the change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does. Taxes are added where the law requires.

Trial

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is collected for it. If you do not subscribe, the trial ends and nothing is charged, because there is nothing on file to charge.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you commit. Coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam, and content that violates a target platform's rules are prohibited and may result in account removal. Each platform you publish to has its own terms, and they bind you as well.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on each platform's API. Platforms change their rules, limits, and access without notice, and we do not control that. A post can fail because a platform refused it, and where a platform cannot do something automatically the service says so and hands the post to you instead. We are not liable for a platform's outages, policy decisions, or removal of published content.

Your content and data

Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service: storing what you upload and publishing it where you told us to. What we collect and hold is described in the privacy policy, and how to delete it is described on deleting your data.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost audience.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or leaves its subscription unpaid. Where practical we warn first. You can close your account at any time; deletion follows the steps on the deleting-your-data page.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. For material changes we notify workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, where Born2Be LLC is registered. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
