Facebook scheduler
Schedule Facebook posts in advance. Text, photo and video posts publish to a Page automatically, and Page insights are read afterwards.
Connect a Facebook Page and posts publish at the times you scheduled.
What publishes automatically
One kind of post goes here: the testimonial. It publishes automatically at the scheduled time.
Text, photo and video posts all publish to the Page's feed.
Pages, not profiles
Facebook only allows publishing through its API to a Page. Personal profiles cannot be connected, which is Facebook's rule. When you connect, you pick which of your Pages this workspace posts to.
Why there is no comment or repost
Neither is offered, for two different reasons.
Facebook has no endpoint that shares an existing post to a Page's feed, so a repost is not possible. A post that merely links to the announcement is a link card, which is a different thing and would look like one.
Comments are possible but not useful here. Every participant would comment as their own Page rather than as themselves, so a wave of supportive comments would read as a wave of businesses, which is not what anyone wants under a launch.
Limits
The composer allows 5,000 characters. Facebook documents no published limit for a Page post, so that ceiling is ours, chosen so the composer can warn you about something rather than nothing.
Numbers
Posts on Facebook are measured 30 times: about an hour, a day and a week after publishing.
What you connect
Connecting asks Facebook to list your Pages, and for permission to publish to the Page you choose and to read its engagement and insights.
