How to join, write your posts, connect an account or not, publish when the time comes, and change your mind.

## Joining

You get a link. Open it, and the only thing you are asked for is an email
address: you sign in with a link sent to it rather than a password. Once you
are through you are on the roster. If the roster is full you will be told to
ask the organizer for room.

Before you decide, the page shows you what you would be backing: the launch
post, the brief, and, unless the organizer turned it off, the approved posts
other participants have planned. Your own posts appear there for the next
person once they are approved.

You do **not** need a paid account, a password, or a connected social account.
An email address is the whole requirement.

## What you're given

Everything the organizer put together for you sits in one card on the launch
page: a note, clips picked for this launch or for you personally, a line you
can quote, and the workspace's full media shelf behind a link. Every clip has
a **Download** link, so if you'd rather post from the platform's own app, the
file is one tap away. The brief, when there is one, is the background reading
below your posts.

## Writing your posts

The composer is on your launch page, open and ready, until you have written
something. Each card is one post: pick the platform, write it, pick a time,
attach media if the platform needs it.

Once you have posts, the page lists them instead, and **Add another post** opens
the full view where you can see them all together.

A card can **fan out** to several accounts. Each target becomes its own post
with its own tracked link and its own time, and editing one does not change the
others.

**Post from** is the row of faces at the top of a card, one per connected
account. Click to include or drop one. A new card starts on whatever you posted
from last. One account always has to stay selected, because a post with nowhere
to go cannot be scheduled.

**Add from library** puts a copy of one of the organizer's files straight into
your post, with their alt text already filled in. You can edit it for your own
post. You can use the shelf; you cannot change it.

**Submit for approval** when you are ready. Drafts are never blocked on length,
so parking an over-long draft to trim later is normal. Only submitting is
blocked.

Limits worth knowing:

- ten posts per launch, counted per post, so a card fanned to three accounts is
  three
- times are within two weeks either side of the launch moment, T-0
- posts scheduled before T-0 must be original, because there is nothing to
  reply to or repost yet

## Connecting an account, or not

Connecting is optional. It only changes **how** your post goes out.

**My accounts** in the sidebar is where you connect one, see the ones you have
already connected, and disconnect any of them. Disconnecting revokes the stored
token immediately. Posts that were going to publish automatically from that
account move to being ones you publish yourself, and nothing is cancelled.

- **Connected:** your approved post publishes automatically at the time you
  chose.
- **Not connected:** you get a message at that time with the text, the media
and a one-tap link to the platform's own composer. You publish it and press
  "I posted it".

Some things can never be automatic regardless of what you connect. LinkedIn
comments and reposts have no API for it, and a Repost on X needs an Enterprise
tier. Those always come to you by hand.

You can also take any post into your own hands with **"I'll post this myself"**.
You can hand it back as long as you have a connected account for that platform.

## When the time comes

If you are publishing by hand you get a message and the post shows **FIRE NOW**.
Open the checklist:

1. Download any attachments first. Instagram and TikTok need the file on your
   phone.
2. Copy the text.
3. Tap the platform button. Where the platform supports it, the composer opens
with your post already in it.
4. Publish it.
5. Press **"I posted it"** and paste the link if you have it.

Until you confirm, it is not done, and a reminder follows ten minutes later.

## Post statuses

| Badge | Means |
|---|---|
| DRAFT | Not submitted yet |
| REVIEW | Waiting for the organizer |
| GO | Approved, joins the schedule when the launch is scheduled |
| ARMED | Locked to the timeline, publishes automatically |
| FIRING | Publishing right now |
| FIRED | Live |
| MANUAL | Waiting for you to publish it by hand |
| FAULT | Publishing failed |
| SCRUBBED | Cancelled, will not publish |

## What your posts did

**My impact** shows your own posts and what they achieved: impressions,
engagement, your link opens, and how close to the planned time each one landed.
It also tells you how many of your posts actually carried your tracked link,
because a post where you pasted the plain address is invisible to the count.

**Only you see this page.** No ranking, no share of the launch, no comparison
with anyone else.

## Changing your mind

- **Before approval:** edit freely.
- **After approval, before the launch is scheduled:** send it back to draft.
- **After it is scheduled:** pull it back to edit. It rejoins the schedule once
re-approved. Not possible within ten minutes of the planned time.
- **Any time before it publishes:** cancel it.
- **Already published:** delete it on the platform. Nothing here can.

## Your tracked link

When the organizer sets a landing page you get your own short link to paste
into your post. It counts opens and credits them to you.

Two things worth knowing. It only counts if you actually use it: pasting the
plain address instead makes your traffic invisible. And when it is opened, tags
are added to the destination so the organizer's own analytics can tell your
traffic apart. Those tags identify you by a short code, never by your name or
email address.

## Unsubscribing

Every launch email has an unsubscribe link. It stops invitations, reminders and
go-live notices from **that workspace only**. Other workspaces you work with are
unaffected.

Account email, such as a password reset or a sign-in link, is not launch email
and keeps working.

Unsubscribing does not remove you from a roster and does not stop you posting.
It only stops the mail.
